The present invention relates to a composition for wrinkle or elasticity improvement comprising, as an active ingredient, a protein hydrolysate of a larva of Tenebrio molitor (mealworm) obtained by hydrolyzing one or more of Flavourzyme and Alcalase, i.e., protein hydrolase. More specifically, it has been confirmed that the protein hydrolysate has excellent efficacies of preventing, improving and treating wrinkles by comprising 0.11 kDa or more to less than 1 kDa of peptide to increase expressions of adiponectin, PPAR- and C/EBP or increase mRNA expression of a fat cell differentiation marker gene, thereby promoting differentiation of fat cells.
