The present invention relates to a device for monitoring ECG and pacemaker. More specifically, the device for monitoring ECG and pacemaker comprises: an input unit receiving ECG data; an extraction unit extracting a QRS peak, QRS amplitude, and QRS axis using the received data; a calculation unit calculating a QRS period after beat using the QRS peak, QRS amplitude, and QRS axis; a determination unit determining degree of risk of disease emergence; and an alarm unit alarming the degree of risk of the pacing-induced disease emergence using information of the determination unit.
