According to an embodiment of the present invention, a temperature control device comprises: an RF signal generator having a structure for generating an RF signal; an amplifier for adjusting a gain for amplifying the RF signal based on a gain control signal, amplifying the RF signal according to the adjusted gain, and outputting an amplified RF signal; a metal converting the amplified RF signal into heat energy and emitting the heat energy; a temperature sensor which detects the heat corresponding to the heat energy emitted from the metal and outputs a temperature signal corresponding to the detected heat; and a controller which receives the temperature signal, generates a detection temperature corresponding to the received temperature signal, compares a set temperature with the detection temperature, and outputs the gain control signal for adjusting the gain to the amplifier according to a comparison result. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of adjusting the heat energy or the heat.
