Metabolic Syndrome Prevention Program for Early Adults Using Health-related Apps and Wearable Devices

The present invention provides a metabolic syndrome treatment system using applications which comprises: a smartphone in which a metabolic syndrome treatment application is installed; and a central server connected with the metabolic syndrome treatment application. A questionnaire capable of measuring a metallic syndrome risk of a user is provided when executing the metabolic syndrome treatment application and a result of the questionnaire and an individual information result including activity information, weight, a body mass index, muscle mass, blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol of the user are transmitted to the central server. Moreover, a window in which the user can select one of the wearable device and the health application for treating a metabolic syndrome is formed when executing the metabolic syndrome treatment application. The central server provides the plurality of wearable devices and health apps which can be recommended to the user.
