The present invention relates to a cellular barcoding method using an nCas9-diaminase fusion protein for a cell endogenous repeat sequence. The targeted deaminase according to the present invention can generate a variety of gene barcode patterns within a cell by targeting the repeating sequence, thereby making it easy to track the relationship and lineage between cells, and having a wide range of target cells.
