The present invention relates to bacterial cell membrane-adherent bioactive glass nanoparticles comprising SiO_2, CaO, and AgO, having a particle size of 1 to 100 nm, and having mesoporous pores. Bacterial cell membrane-adherent bioactive glass nanoparticles simultaneously deliver living body cell-stimulating ions and antimicrobial drugs to stimulate stem cells to differentiate cells of infected hard tissues and at the same time to have an effect of protecting hard tissues from bacteria. In addition, by controlling a size of glass nanoparticles to a nano size, glass nanoparticles are attached to a cell membrane of bacteria, thereby being able to efficiently transfer ions and antimicrobial drugs into bacteria.
