The present invention relates to a factory building, which includes: a fence-shaped wall panel which forms a space between an outer panel (11) and an inner panel (12) by allowing the outer panel (11) and the inner panel (12) to be welded to be connected to left and right sides of both end portions of a section steel material (13′) while forming a welding bid (14) thereon and in which side surfaces of wall panels (10), in which mortar (20′) is placed to be cured into the space, is connected to each other; and a roof panel (50) having an outer panel (51) and an inner panel (52) placing a space therebetween, arranged with an insulation material (60) on the space between the outer panel (51) and the inner panel (52) and installed on an upper side of the wall panel (10). The present invention also relates to a factory building construction method.
