The present invention relates to fluorescence signal improvement and oxidative stability securement of DNA-based silver (Ag) nanoclusters by melamine. According to the present invention, silver nanoclusters showing higher fluorescence signal and oxidation stability than those of the conventional method can be manufactured. In addition, the phenomenon is specific to the melamine. According to the phenomenon, a melamine analysis technology based on a fluorescence signal, which is easy and simple and does not require marking of expensive fluorescent materials, can be developed.
