A continuous casting mold includes a mold body forming a space for continuous casting, a plating layer coated on a surface of the mold body, and a thermal sprayed layer coated on the plating layer, wherein the thermal sprayed layer has a bottom surface coming in contact with the plating layer and an upper surface exposed to the space for continuous casting. Moreover, hardness of the upper surface of the thermal sprayed layer is greater than that of the bottom surface.
