TOOL CHANGE CONTROL METHOD OF AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGE MECHANISM

A tool change control method of an automatic tool change mechanism is based on premise of having a spindle, a nut, a tool change arm, a first motor, and a second motor. In addition, the nut and the spindle are coupled as a screw pair so that rotation and axial movement of the spindle may simultaneously occur due to synchronous operation of the first motor and the second motor in some processes of a tool change process where the tool change arm rotates to engage the tool, releases the tool to fall, rotates to change the tool, rises to clamp the tool, and rotates to return. Accordingly, the tool change time is shortened, and the tool change efficiency is improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
