Medical data service method and system based on block chain technology

The present invention relates to a blockchain-based medical data service system. The medical data service system comprises: a medical data storage in which pieces of encrypted medical data are stored; a medical data service server which, when new medical data is input, encrypts medical data by using an encryption key to store the encrypted medical data in the medical data storage, converts and splits the encryption key to generate a plurality of encryption keys, and sets one of the plurality of generated encryption keys as a shared encryption key and the other as an individual encryption key for each terminal for distributed storage; a key management server which receives the shared encryption key for each piece of medical data from the medical data service server, generates a block including information about the shared encryption key of each piece of medical data, records the generated block as a first block of blockchain, and propagates the block to a blockchain network; and a plurality of terminals configured to receive and store the individual encryption key allocated, and receive the encrypted medical data stored in the medical data storage by using the individual encryption key. The medical data service server generates a decryption key by using the shared encryption key and the individual encryption key allocated to each terminal, and decrypts the encrypted medical data by using the decryption key to provide the decrypted medical data.
