The present invention relates to a method for processing a call in a user data integration system and an apparatus therefor. A method for processing a call in an application front end (FE) of a user data integration system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a request signal from a network element (NE); checking whether the NE can be linked with a user data repository (UDR); transmitting the request signal to the UDR if the NE can be linked with the UDR as a result of the checking; receiving a response signal including customer information from the UDR; and transmitting a processing result for the request signal to the NE, wherein the customer information corresponding to a prefix type pre-allocated for each application FE included in the user data integration system can be stored in a corresponding application FE in a cache form.
