The present invention relates to brushite cement for bone regeneration comprising microspheres derived from bio-glass. By using the brushite cement for bone regeneration comprising the microspheres derived from bio-glass and a method of manufacturing the same, an empty space generated by the decomposition of the microspheres has an effect of promoting the formation of new blood vessels and new bones.
