The present invention relates to a biomedical implant comprising biodegradable polymers and surface-modified basic ceramic particles, or a method for manufacturing the same. The biomedical implant according to one aspect includes biodegradable polymers of different lengths, thereby having high dispersibility, and high safety properties, and has improved mechanical properties by thermal processing. In addition, inflammatory reactions, cytotoxicity, and tissue necrosis problems caused by acidic byproducts produced during the degradation of the biodegradable polymers can be suppressed.
