The present invention relates to cotton/polyester blend yarn, a fabric comprising the same and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to cotton/polyester blend yarn which not only has excellent touch feeling, but is also excellent in peeling, washing size change rate and draping properties. The present invention also relates to a fabric comprising the same and a manufacturing method thereof. The cotton/polyester blend yarn is produced by spinning combed yarn and polyester filament yarn.
