Disclosed are a radio multi-sensing implant and a system for constantly monitoring high-risk senile diseases having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an implant implanted in the oral cavity of the human body comprises: a sensor unit which has a thread formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof to be implanted in the oral cavity of the human body, has a hollow structure having a thread formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof so that a processor unit can be bolted therein, and on which a first sensor is mounted to surround the thread formed on the outer circumferential surface; and the processor unit which has a bolt structure having a thread formed on the outer surface thereof to be bolted to the sensor unit, on which a communication antenna is mounted to surround the thread formed on the outer circumferential surface, which has a second sensor mounted on the outer surface, and on which an IC chip for storing data detected from the first and second sensors and transmitting the stored data to the outside is mounted. According to the present invention, blood and non-blood multiple biomarkers of a patient can be detected in real time, the conditions of the patient can be easily determined on the basis of the detected data, thereby significantly increasing the accessibility of elderly patients, the problem of a medical management system according to the related art, in which the accessibility of elderly patients is very weak, can be solved, and an effective and rapid health care management system for high-risk senile diseases can be provided.
