Disclosed are a seawater battery cell and a seawater battery including a plurality of seawater battery cells. The seawater battery cell can comprise: a seawater battery module having a cathode and an anode; a watertight structure coupled to the seawater battery module and water-tightening the cathode and the anode from seawater; a first watertight connection part electrically connected to one of the cathode and the anode; and a second watertight connection part electrically connected to the other of the cathode and the anode, and coupled to the first watertight connection part of an adjacent seawater battery cell. Accordingly, seawater battery cells that can be completely submerged in seawater can be applied to various fields.
