The present invention relates to a dynamic traffic control method of a virtual network function (VNF) and a host server using the same which can guarantee service quality. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the host server including a plurality of virtual network functions (VNFs) comprises: a VNF agent to monitor a bandwidth being used by the VNFs and set a request bandwidth of the VNFs; a host agent to dynamically generate a speed limit rule for the VNFs in accordance with a priority for each VNF and the request bandwidth when the request bandwidth is received from the VNF agent; and a quality-of-service (QoS) control unit to set an allowed bandwidth of the VNFs in accordance with the speed limit rule to provide a QoS service in accordance with the priorities of the plurality of VNFs.
