The present invention provides a recombinant influenza A virus H5N6 strain, a method for manufacturing the same, and a vaccine composition for the influenza A virus H5 serotype comprising the same. The vaccine composition is a high antigenic vaccine that maintains a high potency (27) up to 24 weeks and sufficiently protects against virus infection by inoculation twice a year.
