The present invention relates to a laver drying screen cleaning apparatus of a laver fresh dryer, which removes foreign substances remaining on a surface of a laver drying screen through a separation part separating the dried laver fresh from the laver drying screen on the laver fresh transported by a main transport chain. The laver drying screen cleaning apparatus of a laver fresh dryer comprises: a laver drying screen support part supporting the laver drying screen from the bottom; and a swing separation part installing on the top of the laver drying screen support part and separating the foreign substances attached to the surface of the laver drying screen due to contact with the laver drying screen while swinging with respect to the laver drying screen. According to the laver drying screen cleaning apparatus of the laver fresh dryer, the efficiency of separating the foreign substances from the laver drying screen is improved by a brush which swings.
