The present invention relates to a frequency based hybrid deep learning method, apparatus and computer readable medium, and a cable parallel robot driving control method using the same, and more particularly, to a frequency based hybrid deep learning method, apparatus and computer readable medium for dividing input time series information according to a predetermined reference frequency to use different algorithms for training an artificial neural network, and a cable parallel robot driving control method using the same. The frequency based hybrid deep learning method comprises: an information input step; an input information division step; a low frequency prediction step; a high frequency prediction step; and an output information combination step.
