The present invention relates to an information classification apparatus based on heterogeneous learning. According to the present invention, the information classification apparatus comprises: a supervised learning processing unit for generating a first classification rule through a first supervised learning data population; a heterogeneous learning processing unit which generates an initial classification rule through a second supervised learning data population and injects heterogeneous learning data into the initial classification rule to generate a second classification rule; and a classification rule generation unit configured to generate a final classification rule among at least one candidate classification rule generated through the first and second classification rules. Therefore, the present invention can contribute to accuracy improvement of information classification by adding heterogeneous data to the original data.
