Electronic bill presentation and payment system and method using block-chain network

The present invention provides an electronic bill payment system using a blockchain network and an electronic bill payment method thereof which minimize an information checking procedure. A biller server creates a bill for charging a price for each service used by a user. An electronic bill payment blockchain network distributes and stores the bill created by the biller server in an electronic bill payment ledger by a request of the biller server. An electronic bill individual portal server checks a bill charged to the user from the electronic bill payment ledger distributed and stored in the electronic bill payment blockchain network when a bill checking request of the user is received from a user terminal, and transmits the checked bill to the user terminal. A financial company server, when the user uses charge details written on the bill received from the electronic bill individual portal server to request a price payment, processes to allow the price to be paid to an account of the biller server, and creates payment-receiving details. The electronic bill payment blockchain network distributes and stores the payment-receiving details created by a request of the financial company server in the electronic bill payment ledger.
