The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an organic-organic composite carbonaceous nanoplate by using a hydrothermal reaction, and the organic-organic composite carbonaceous nanoplate manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an organic-organic composite carbonaceous nanoplate, which exhibits geometric and chemical characteristics similar to those of graphene oxide and performs an excellent function as a filler for polymer, by using hydrothermal reaction; and the organic-organic composite carbonaceous nanoplate manufactured thereby. The present invention: can be widely applied in various technical fields where graphene oxide is applied by being superior in terms of cost and production unlike methods of conventional technology; and can be dispersed in various solvents by having excellent dispersibility. The method comprises: a step (a) of dissolving an aromatic compound having 6 to 12 carbon atoms in water; a step (b) of placing aqueous solution in a container; a step (c) of adding water to the outside the container; and a step (d) of heating and pressurizing an autoclave.
