The present invention relates to a hybrid dimming control device using natural light and artificial light. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hybrid dimming control device which uses natural light mixed with artificial light to maintain a set indoor illuminance and enables precise illuminance control by having a means for adjusting an amount of light, provided in a light inlet unit.
