The present invention relates to a cooperative learning system for measuring and controlling a learning direction of a learner and a method thereof, the system comprising: a learner terminal driven by at least one learner; and a manager terminal which accumulates learning result information of a learner, which has been received from the learner terminal, makes the accumulated learning result information in the form of a matrix, and uses the matrix-formed learning result information as a vector to measure the inner product of the vector to measure a learning direction of the learner.
