The present invention relates to: a peptide derived from Bacillus sp. PAMC23412 for increasing resistance and tolerance to oxidative stress; a polynucleotide encoding the peptide; a recombinant vector comprising the polynucleotide; a host cell transformed with the recombinant vector; a method for increasing resistance to oxidative stress, comprising a step of transforming the host cell with the recombinant vector; and a composition for increasing resistance to oxidative stress of cells containing the recombinant vector.
