Disclosed are: a manufacturing method of a furniture panel; the furniture panel manufactured by the manufacturing method; and a furniture manufacturing method using the furniture panel. A method for manufacturing the furniture panel according to an embodiment comprises: a coating process of coating a sheet on a surface of a wood board; and a pressing process of heating a coating surface of the board coated with the sheet with a mold, so that surfaces of the sheet and the board are pressure-deformed together, and pressing the same to engrave a three-dimensional pattern on the coating surface.
