In addition, provided is a microalgae cultivation system based on big data, which comprises: a culture vessel configured to provide information required for growth of microalgae through an alarm by using state information including at least one of a temperature, a humidity, an illumination level, an amount of carbon dioxide, and an amount of salinity of a culture medium in the culture vessel in which the microalgae are cultured; and a user terminal communicatively connected to the culture vessel based on IoT and configured to receive unique identification information related to the microalgae from the culture vessel and to transmit culture information related to the microalgae to the culture vessel using the unique identification information.
