The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a cemented carbide bead and, more specifically, to a device for manufacturing a cemented carbide bead, which has an ultra-small size and uses ion substitution and electric charges (or static electricity). To this end, according to the present invention, the device for manufacturing a cemented carbide bead comprises: a stirring tank preparing a slurry by inputting a bead molding material and stirring the input bead molding material; a vacuum tank arranged adjacent to the stirring tank to remove bubbles in the slurry discharged from the stirring tank through a first transfer pipe; a second transfer pipe having one end connected to the vacuum tank and transferring the slurry discharged from the vacuum tank; a nozzle unit connected and installed on the other end of the second transfer pipe and dropping the slurry transferred from the second transfer pipe; a first reaction vessel in which a space for accommodating a reaction solution is formed, a lower portion is provided to be tapered inwards, and the slurry dropped on the reaction solution from the nozzle unit is solidified to produce beads; and a second reaction vessel which is provided apart from the lower portion of the first reaction vessel, and collects the beads from the first reaction vessel through a third transfer pipe.
