The present invention relates to a method for controlling operation of a blowing fan of a livestock shed with discrimination in an abnormal degradation sign and an abnormal wind speed sign. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: inputting an operation ratio of a plurality of blowing fans; measuring a current value and a wind speed value of the plurality of blowing fans in accordance with the operation ratio; generating a normal signal when the measured current and wind speed values of the plurality of blowing fans are within a preset normal range; generating an abnormal signal when any one from the measured current and wind speed values of the plurality of blowing fans is out of the preset normal range; discriminating a cause of the abnormal signal into an abnormal degradation sign and an abnormal wind speed sign to adjust the current value of the plurality of blowing fans; and stopping generation of the abnormal signal and adjustment of the current value and generating again the normal signal when the cause of the abnormal degradation sign and the abnormal wind speed sign is disappeared and the measured current and wind speed values of the plurality of blowing fans are returned within the preset normal range. Accordingly, an abnormal degradation sign caused by degradation of the blowing fan and an abnormal wind speed sign caused by external natural wind are clearly discriminated and customized measure for each abnormal sign can be taken, thereby providing effects of reducing generation risk of a fire caused by excessive current supply, constantly maintaining environments of the livestock shed by sufficient ventilation, and reducing unnecessary energy consumption.
