The present invention relates to an image analysis method for a manifold research and a system thereof. The image analysis method for the manifold research may comprise the steps of: distributing an analysis guide and an analysis program corresponding to a purpose and a condition of the manifold research to each of the plurality of agency systems after collecting and selecting the agency systems for performing manifold research; uploading analysis data to a manifold research support system after the agency systems collect the analysis data obtained through the analysis guide and analysis program; and sharing a data processing result with each of the agency systems after collecting and processing the analysis data uploaded by the manifold research support system. The manifold research based on an image may be possible.
