The purpose of the present invention is to provide a health activity stimulator for stimulating a specific region of the human body and spots on the body suitable for acupuncture and nerves which are linked thereto at the same time. To this end, the health activity stimulator according to the present invention includes a body part which is formed in a rod structure, and in which one of a first grip part that is formed in a bellows structure and formed to have length and width corresponding to a grasping area using the palm and a second grip part that is formed to have length and width corresponding to the grasping area using the palm only is formed in a detachable structure in one end of the rod structure, wherein one of an acupressure part formed in a pointed structure and an intestinal massage part formed in a cylindrical structure of which cross section is reduced toward a direction away from the body part is detachable from or attachable to an end of the first grip part or the second grip part detached from or attached to the body part. Therefore, the health activity stimulator according to the present invention generates an effect of maximizing stimulation efficiency of a specific stimulated region and the spots on the body suitable for acupuncture and a nervous system which are linked thereto by such a customized assemblable structure since the stimulator can be assembled into a specific human body region to be stimulated and a specific acupuncture spot of the hand linked to the specific human body region in a customized form.
