The present invention relates to a functional cosmetic composition using juice of Nypa fruticans flower stalk and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the composition of the present invention includes 1 to 10 wt% of juice of Nypa fruticans flower stalk relative to a total weight of the total composition. According to the present invention, the juice of Nypa fruticans flower stalk with anti-oxidation, moisturizing, anti-inflammation, elasticity improvement and wrinkle reduction functions has an effect of keeping a user′s skin healthy.
