The present invention relates to a manual counter-directional rotating type vortex generator which can increase a lift force through a stall. In particular, provided in the present invention is the manual counter-directional rotating type vortex generator which is characterized by comprising: a vortex generator main body unit including a first vortex generator main body and a second vortex generator main body; a first rotating unit and a second rotating unit which generate a rotating force to rotate the first vortex generator main body and the second vortex generator main body; a first horizontal moving unit horizontally moved by the first rotating unit; a second horizontal moving unit horizontally moved by the second rotating unit; a first link rotated by the first horizontal moving unit in order to rotate the first vortex generator main body; and a second link rotated by the second horizontal moving unit in order to rotate the second vortex generator main body in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the first vortex generator main body.
