Provided is a light-heat conversion layer and a donor sheet using the light-heat conversion layer, which have visible light transmittance, are excellent in near-infrared absorption characteristics, and which can improve the transfer accuracy of an organic electroluminescent element by laser light irradiation. The near-infrared absorbing particle and the binder component are contained, and the near-infrared absorbing particle has a ratio of XRD peak top intensity when the value of the XRD peak intensity of the (220) plane of the silicon powder standard sample (NIST, 640c) is set to 1. The photothermal conversion layer which is a composite tungsten oxide fine particle whose value of is 0.13 or more and whose solar transmittance is 45% or less is provided.
