The present invention relates to a polycarbonate resin composition for 3D printing which can be printed at a low temperature and has improved filament winding properties with respect to bobbins, and an article comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a filament composition for 3D printing which can be printed with a 3D printer at a lower temperature than that of an existing polycarbonate resin composition, and remarkably satisfies specific material properties required for filaments for 3D printing such as improvement of filament winding properties with respect to bobbins and long-term storage properties, and filaments for 3D printing comprising the same.
