The present invention relates to a diagonal assembly structure for an uprooting blade increasing the uprooting efficiency of an uprooting machine for garlic harvesting and, more specifically, to a diagonal assembly structure for an uprooting blade increasing the uprooting efficiency of an uprooting machine for garlic harvesting, which includes an inclination angle in the outer surface of the center of an uprooting blade body to easily burrow into soil while shaking the soil in order to enable an uprooting blade of an uprooting machine for garlic harvesting to efficiently harrow soil and garlic roots in the ground with a small amount of power. In order to harrow garlic and garlic roots stably while continuously burrowing into the ground in a moving direction of a tractor (50), the uprooting blade body (20) includes: first and second combination plates (22a, 22b) in the outer surface of the center of the uprooting blade body (20); and an uprooting blade incliner (A) inclining the uprooting blade (2a) horizontally. Therefore, since there is no need for separate equipment in a garlic harvesting season, manufacturing costs can be reduced. Moreover, digging work for harvesting garlic while harrowing soil can be performed with a small amount of power and soil-harrowing can be performed more efficiently without damage to garlic roots.
