The present invention relates to a bacteria injection nozzle and a bacteria aerosol supplying device using the same. The bacteria aerosol supplying device can generate and supply bacteria particles injected through the bacteria injection nozzle in a live bacteria state in which bacteria live. By controlling operation of a compressed air pump and a bacteria metering pump, size and supply of the bacteria particles can be conveniently and quickly adjusted. During a process of transferring the bacterial particles, the bacterial particles can be prevented from adhering to walls of a flow path and can be prevented from flowing backward so as to completely prevent an external leakage of the bacterial particles, thereby making an experimental environment safer.
