The present invention relates to a waterproof member coupler for an expansion joint for a bridge and, more specifically, to a waterproof member coupler for an expansion joint for a bridge, which separately arranges a means for installing a waterproof member on a bridge structure to prevent a force generated during a bridge expansion action from being directly transferred to the waterproof member to minimize breakage and damage to the waterproof member, form stable coupling power for the waterproof member, and increase efficiency for maintenance and repair work by easy detachment of the waterproof member. The waterproof member coupler for an expansion joint for a bridge fixes a waterproof member installed on structures of a bridge facing each other to receive water or foreign substances dropped from the ground. The waterproof member coupler for an expansion joint for a bridge comprises: a body installed on the structures, and provided with an insertion groove which is opened towards one side and allows an end of the waterproof member to be inserted thereinto; a compression member positioned on the insertion groove of the body and arranged to be tightly attached to one surface of the end of the waterproof member; and a restricting means to apply a force for pushing the compression member while being moved on the insertion groove of the body to compress the end of the waterproof member on the body.
