Since the size of an area and rough particles of a surface can be significantly influential in effectively controlling the absorption of light, an uneven surface is induced through an embossing treatment or reflection-less coating is applied to maximize the absorption of light. What were taught in a physics class to effectively absorb light, including a wavelength range for effective light absorption and a surface condition proper for light absorption, are applied. Theoretically, black can absorb every wavelength, so the black color can be the most ideal for the absorption of light. However, since a dark impression can be formed when a black surface is oriented in an indoor space, a blue or orange color range, which is good at the absorption of visible light although the absorption is not maximum, can be used to bring a better effect in an aesthetic aspect. In summer when an indoor space becomes hot with sunlight increasing the temperature, a smooth surface (1-2-1) coated with a metal surface is directed outwards to prevent heat delivery to the indoor space through the reflection of the light. Moreover, since a lighting control effect has to be considered as a function of a blind, a function for electrically adjusting the angle of blind slats has to be added. To add the function, a thin film type solar cell or organic solar sensitive cell (1-1) can be installed in a part corresponding to 10% of the blind slats, so the blind can become an electric blind dealing with required power on its own. Therefore, the blind can be even more convenient and functional.
