The present invention relates to a safety and performance test system for liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel supply equipment. According to the present invention, the safety and performance test system for LNG fuel supply equipment tests the performance of fuel supply equipment in an LNG vessel using at least one or more kinds of fluids. The safety and performance test system for LNG fuel supply equipment includes: a test bed installed to perform a test of the fuel supply equipment; a first fluid supply unit installed to supply a first fluid including LNG to the test bed; a second fluid supply unit installed to supply a second fluid required to liquefy the first fluid supplied to the test bed; a middle collection unit connected to the test bed and collecting the first fluid and the second fluid used for the test of the fuel supply equipment; a low-pressure pump test unit connected to the first and second fluid supply units and installed to transfer the first fluid and the second fluid by reducing the pressure of the first fluid and the second fluid; a low-pressure transfer unit connected to the test bed and the middle collection unit and installed to transfer the first fluid and the second fluid transferred by the low-pressure pump test unit to the test bed or the middle collection unit; and a high-pressure transfer unit connected to the test bed and the middle collection unit and transferring the first fluid and the second fluid transferred by the low-pressure pump test unit to the test bed or the middle collection unit.
