Disclosed is a method for increasing a manganese recovery rate of an electric furnace, which comprises the following steps of: preparing manganese sintered ore containing 40 wt% or greater of manganese; mixing the manganese sintered ore with manganese ores; and inserting the mixed manganese sintered ore and manganese ores into the electric furnace. In the step of mixing the manganese sintered ore with the manganese ores, the manganese sintered ore can be mixed to be equal to or more than 20 wt% with respect to 100 wt% of the mixed manganese sintered ore and manganese ores.
