The present invention relates to a multifunctional fiber gabion, which receives gravel and rubble to be installed on a lower portion of a pier or a slope of a river, thereby stabilizing the slope and preventing scour. In addition, the multifunctional fiber gabion is installed on an upper portion of an underwater cable or a pipe installed on the seabed and around the same, thereby protecting and supporting the underwater cable or the pipe. The multifunctional fiber gabion includes: a fiber mesh which is manufactured in a fiber material and is woven in a net shape and in which an opening is formed on an upper portion; and a weaving reflection rope manufactured by a retro-reflection or fluorescence material and provided on the mesh.
