The present invention relates to a phosphor composite glass and, more specifically, to a phosphor composite glass using a transition metal-doped glass having excellent light efficiency for a white LED. A transition point (Tg) of the phosphor composite glass can be lowered, and the transition metal in the phosphor composite glass acts as an activator for a phosphor to improve the energy transfer efficiency of the phosphor.
