The present invention relates to a dew condensation preventing device for a ground insulation load switch. The dew condensation preventing device for a ground insulation load switch includes: a sensor measuring a current temperature and a current humidity in a ground insulation load switch; a ventilator formed on the upper surface of the ground insulation load switch and discharging the air in the ground insulation load switch to the outside by rotating a fan; and a controller calculating a fan control speed by using the current temperature and the current humidity and controlling the rotation of the fan in accordance with the fan control speed when the current temperature is higher than or the same as a reference temperature and the current humidity is higher than or the same as a reference humidity. According to the present invention, the dew condensation preventing device for a ground insulation load switch can prevent a failure and a malfunction of the ground insulation load switch by ventilating inner air in accordance with the temperature and humidity in the ground insulation load switch. Also, the dew condensation preventing device for a ground insulation load switch can optimize the inner environment of the ground insulation load switch and can reduce the usage amount of power at the same time by controlling the fan control speed of the ventilator in accordance with the temperature and the humidity.
