The present invention relates to a natural cosmetic composition and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention, specifically, relates to a cosmetic composition having excellent skin microbiome homeostasis and anti-inflammatory activity without skin irritation by using an extract of a specific natural substance, and a method for effectively manufacturing the composition. Natural cosmetics comprise a mixed extract including a turmeric extract, cinnamon extract, honey extract, pollen extract, royal jelly extract, propolis extract and bee venom extract.
