The present invention relates to a geopolymer composition for 3D printing and a method for manufacturing the same. The geopolymer composition for 3D printing of the present invention comprises: 9.5-10.5 mol% of H_2O; and 0.5-1.5 mol% of alcohol based on the total content of the geopolymer composition, with respect to a composition containing silica (SiO_2), aluminum oxide (Al_2O_3), and sodium oxide (Na_2O), thereby having effects of enabling a 3D printing process by easily controlling viscosity and crystallinity to enable 3D printing while maintaining physical properties of the geopolymer composition.
