The present invention relates to a technology area about a cellular phone case combined with a clip-type holder using a silicon grip and a wire ribbon. To be more specifically, the method relates to portability and holding for solving problems of the existing technologies on portability and holding of a cellular phone. The cellular phone case combined with a clip-type holder using a silicon grip and a wire ribbon can provide functions of a clip and a holder by coupling a wire ribbon clip to a silicon grip, welding a decoration part to the upper part of the wire ribbon clip and removing release paper of double-sided tape attached to the silicon grip so that the silicon grip is attached to the central unit on the back surface of a cellular phone case. Therefore, the cellular phone case combined with a clip-type holder can be convenient in portability with respect to a cellular phone which is always carried, and also can provide a holding function.
