摘要

The present invention relates to a computer-readable recording medium which records a program for generating, evaluating, and verifying a candidate aptamer sequence binding to a target protein molecule through a learning model using a circulatory neural network, and a method for generating, evaluating, and verifying a candidate aptamer sequence binding to a target protein molecule using the same. According to the present invention, by using the program, a pool of candidate aptamer sequence which bind to a specific target protein is reduced, and a final aptamer can be selected quickly and efficiently.
